Lift planning, method statements, exclusion zones and the rest of the work that happens before anything leaves the ground. These pieces explain what a lift plan actually contains, what the banksman is there for, what outriggers do to soft ground and new block paving, and what a site manager needs from us in writing before the date is confirmed.
They are written for the person who has to sign the job off as much as for the person booking it. Our policies, insurance and the way we run a lift are set out on the health and safety page, and the schemes we are audited under are on the accreditations page.
